How does it work?

  1. Using your reliable internet connection, Springtel replaces your phone carrier for voice service delivering quality calls across your internet and internal network infrastructure.
  2. Springtel designs a phone system to meet the communication objectives of your business. The system can be simple or can be programmed for sophisticated call routing. You decide what is best for your business.
  3. With guidance from experienced Springtel staff, you purchase quality phones to be used with the SIP-based system. The equipment cost is 80-90% less than the cost of an in-house phone system.
  4. Together we test the phone system and equipment to verify calls are handled as desired.
  5. When testing is complete, we transfer your phone number(s) to Springtel and go live.

Pricing

What are the monthly costs?

You pay Springtel a fixed fee for each phone number and extension plus per minute fees for calls.  You can add Communicator for Windows/MacOS and Communicator Go for iOS/Android as needed.

Is there a long-term contract?

At Springtel, we believe it is important to earn your business every day so our agreement term is month to month.
